Women in the Woods

Ever wanted to learn how to cook in a Dutch oven over a campfire, or find your way through the woods with a compass, or  navigate a river? Maybe you’re an Urbanite and never learned how to shoot a rifle or hunt, or participated in any outdoors activities at all. Many states offer weekend workshops for the outsdoorsperson in you, and the cost is low, less than $200 for workshops, two nights in a cabin and meals.
